At Myth & Clay, each order is carefully checked and packed before shipment to help protect the ceramic piece during transit.
Order Processing
Most orders are dispatched in about 1 business day after payment is confirmed.
You will receive tracking information once your order has been packed, handed over to the carrier or logistics partner, and a tracking number becomes available.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.
Standard shipping is free to these supported destinations. For the United Kingdom, the minimum order amount is £136.
We may add more destinations in the future.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery after dispatch:
United States: 5–8 business days
Canada: 5–7 business days
United Kingdom: 3–5 business days
Australia: 4–7 business days
New Zealand: 6–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to carrier processing, customs inspection, holidays, weather, or remote delivery areas.
Customs, Duties, and Import Charges
For supported shipping destinations, we generally use a duties-paid or customs-inclusive shipping service.
Customers are generally not expected to pay additional import duties at delivery for supported destinations. If an address requires additional confirmation or cannot be served through our standard shipping service, we will contact you before shipping.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If an order is delayed, returned, or cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional reshipping charges may apply.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at hello@mythandclay.com with your order number and clear photos if applicable. We will help review the issue and make it right.
