At Myth & Clay, each order is carefully packed before shipment to help protect the handmade ceramic piece during transit.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Processing time does not include delivery time. Delivery estimates begin after the order has been packed and handed over to the carrier.

Fulfillment Locations

Orders may be fulfilled from our international studio, a U.S. fulfillment location, or another fulfillment partner, depending on inventory availability and the destination address.

Shipping Destinations and Delivery Estimates

We currently offer shipping to supported destinations including the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

United States

Standard Shipping: 7–9 business days, Free

Express Shipping: 3–5 business days, $8

Canada

Standard Shipping: 10–13 business days, Free

United Kingdom

Standard Shipping: 7–9 business days,  Free for orders over £136

Delivery Estimates

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occasionally occur due to customs inspections, carrier disruptions, weather, holidays, remote delivery areas, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customs, Duties, and Import Charges

For supported shipping destinations, customs-related charges and import duties are generally covered as part of the shipping service.

Customers are not expected to pay additional import duties at delivery for supported shipping destinations, unless a remote-area, customs, carrier, or local delivery exception applies.

Remote or Special Delivery Areas

Some remote or special delivery regions may require additional confirmation before shipment.

For the United States, this may include locations such as Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and other non-contiguous or special service areas.

If your address requires additional confirmation or cannot be served through our standard shipping service, we will contact you before shipping.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be sent once your order has been packed and handed over to the carrier.

Please note that tracking may take a short time to update after the parcel is collected.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If an order is returned or delayed because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional reshipping charges may apply.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@mythandclay.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and issue.

If your order appears to be lost in transit or tracking has not updated for an unusual period of time, please contact us at hello@mythandclay.com with your order number so we can help review the shipment status.
